Not all repairs are able to be performed remotely, some issues will require us to visit your site.

No travel fee to standard northern metro area. Visits outside of this area, travel fees may apply

If the repair is possible but you choose to reject the quote for the fix (i.e Repair would cost more than replacement), you might be charged with our standard hourly rate for the diagnostics.
How we take payment
You will be provided with an invoice on completion of works or prior to ordering any major parts. You can pay this invoice via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and most major Credit/Debit cards such as Visa or Mastercard with the link provided with your invoice (currently we are unable to accept card payments in person).
While we can also accept cash please advise us prior to the visit so our technician can have the correct change.
The information for this can be found on our invoices. Payment must be made within 7 business day's of issue of invoice, prior to any major parts being ordered or as agreed prior to the works being completed.
