Before you install

Source Mini Terms

Please read this carefully before continuing to install.

$9.99 AUD/month

Source Mini is $9.99 AUD/month per ServiceM8 company, billed externally from ServiceM8 via Over Geek. It doesn’t change your ServiceM8 plan. Admins can see the plan status and manage billing from Settings → Subscription inside Source Mini.

Turn on ServiceM8 Suppliers

Source Mini picks suppliers from ServiceM8’s own Suppliers list. If that isn’t turned on yet, enable ServiceM8 Suppliers first.

Heads up: ServiceM8 may show an "unverified" warning

When you click install, ServiceM8 may display a warning that the add-on hasn’t been verified by them yet. That’s normal for add-ons installed directly via the developer rather than from the official ServiceM8 Add-on Store.

Always be cautious about these warnings and only accept and enable trusted add-ons. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and if you have any questions please reach out.

Important: uninstalling doesn’t stop billing

ServiceM8 does not notify add-on developers when you uninstall an add-on. Before you uninstall Source Mini, cancel your subscription from Settings → Subscription, or email [email protected] a few business days before your next charge.

What Source Mini does

  • Raises purchase orders from a ServiceM8 job, using the job’s materials and your ServiceM8 Suppliers list.
  • Saves each PO PDF to the job, and can email it to the supplier from ServiceM8 as you, logged on the job.
  • Can add new suppliers to ServiceM8’s Suppliers list.
  • Keeps no separate database of your POs. The PO lives in ServiceM8 as the PDF on the job.
  • Only your account’s settings and who has access are stored on Over Geek’s server.

By clicking "I understand & install", you acknowledge:

  • Source Mini is a $9.99 AUD/month per ServiceM8 company subscription.
  • Billing is handled externally from ServiceM8 via Over Geek — it does not affect your ServiceM8 subscription.
  • Source Mini keeps no copy of your POs; the PDF on the job is the record.
  • Uninstalling does not cancel billing — stop your subscription first.
  • You can cancel and uninstall at any time without losing your ServiceM8 data.
