Source Terms

Please read this carefully before continuing to install.

$24.99 AUD/month

Source is $24.99 AUD/month per ServiceM8 company, billed externally from ServiceM8 via Over Geek. It doesn’t change your ServiceM8 plan.

Turn on ServiceM8 Suppliers

Source picks suppliers from ServiceM8’s own Suppliers list. If that isn’t turned on yet, enable ServiceM8 Suppliers first.

Heads up: ServiceM8 may show an "unverified" warning

When you click install, ServiceM8 may display a warning that the add-on hasn’t been verified by them yet. That’s normal for add-ons installed directly via the developer rather than from the official ServiceM8 Add-on Store.

Always be cautious about these warnings and only accept and enable trusted add-ons. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, and if you have any questions please reach out.

Important: uninstalling doesn’t stop billing

ServiceM8 does not notify add-on developers when you uninstall an add-on. Before you uninstall Source, please email [email protected] so we can stop your subscription — ideally a few business days before your next charge date.

What Source does

  • Shows each job material with how much has been ordered and received, and lets you raise, send, track and receive POs.
  • Emails POs and quote requests from ServiceM8 as the staff member, with the PDF saved to the job.
  • Sends quote requests to suppliers through a private link; suppliers never see each other or your costs.
  • Stores your PO and quote data in Source’s own database, so it can track statuses, receiving and quotes across jobs.
  • Can add new suppliers to ServiceM8’s Suppliers list.

  • Source is a $24.99 AUD/month per ServiceM8 company subscription.
  • Billing is handled externally from ServiceM8 via Over Geek — it does not affect your ServiceM8 subscription.
  • Source stores your PO and quote data in its own database to track orders across jobs.
  • Uninstalling does not cancel billing — stop your subscription first.
  • You can cancel and uninstall at any time without losing your ServiceM8 data.
